  • How are your trainers certified?

    All of our trainers have completed a rigorous, nationally accredited program that educates them in the studies of Kinesiology. Through this program, they learn the fundamentals of exercise sciences and the proper ways to educate our clients on fitness.

  • Where are we able to workout?

    Our trainers specialize in location, gym and in-home training. This creates versatility and options to keep your body guessing to maximize results and break the monotony of traditional training routines. Whether we work with you at your gym or a location of your choice, we will create a new healthy lifestyle that will change your beliefs in personal training.

  • Do I need to provide any equipment or machines?

    Our trainers provide all the necessary training equipment needed to ensure your success.

  • Will there be someone who will help me with diet and nutrition?

    Yes. Our trainers are well-versed in nutrition, and we have two nutrition specialists on staff to assist you. Our network creates a wealth of information that guides you through all that you need to be successful in fitness.

  • How long are the training sessions?

    We provide one-hour sessions that will maximize the effectiveness of the training. It will also give you a greater return on your investment in a shorter amount of time.

  • Are there any membership fees?

    The Trainers Network doesn’t believe in paying for something that you aren’t getting, so we offer zero enrollment fees and free access to our highly interactive website. We also break down the personal training investment into affordable monthly payments that are made via checking or credit card.

  • How long are the investment times?

    We offer both 3 month and 6 month investments depending on your individual goals and timelines. After the initial investment time, it will continue on a month-to-month basis for as long as you care to train with us.

  • What support does The Trainers Network offer?

    We not only screen all of our trainers to ensure the highest of quality, we also offer customer care from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our specialists are knowledgeable, professional and available to help you with any questions you may have.
