About The Trainer's Network

Most of what we read in today’s media calls for a “lifestyle change”. This is easier said than done! Through our experience, we have found that having a network of professionals who provide one-on-one guidance and support dramatically increases your likelihood for success. We took this concept into heavy consideration while developing The Trainers Network.
We brought together highly skilled, multi-certified trainers who have diversified expertise and are committed to help you achieve your fitness goals. We will work with you in your home, come to you on your lunch hour at work, utilize beaches, parks, trails, etc. to bring variety and convenience to your exercise program. Most importantly, you will benefit greatly from a program that is only constructed for your needs. There are four components The Trainers Network uses to ensure your success. |
- Resistance Training
Done the right way, resistance training develops more definition in your muscles. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. You can even burn calories while sleeping. Resistance training can be performed using free weights, body weight, machines, tubing, and stability balls. Benefits include: improved productivity, power, and bone density, as well as a reduction in stress, hypertension and osteoporosis.
- Cardio
Cardio is defined as any exercise that raises your heart rate for an extended period of time. Whether a stair climber, a stationary bike, a treadmill or whatever other piece of equipment you choose, we can help you achieve maximum results with minimum effort. Proper and consistent cardio work takes less time than you think, helping you develop endurance, boost your mood, heart function and immune system. Cardio exercise may also lower body fat and decrease the risk of developing depression and other chronic diseases.
- Nutritional Intake
A healthy diet is about eating smarter, not less. You can actually eat your favorite foods and still get fit. The key is to understand what your body needs and dispel common myths about nutrition. For example, you need fat for healthy skin and brain function. You also must have carbohydrates to fuel your body for everything you do, especially exercise.
- Professional Assistance
Your trainer will work with you to develop the right mix of the four core components, guiding you on your path of reaching your goal quickly and safely. One of our elite trainer’s will keep you motivated and committed, while lowering your chance of injury and breaking the concept of traditional training. We will remove the guesswork, so you can focus on achieving your new healthy lifestyle.
